Paper Submission:
The authors are invited to submit full-length papers to DCHPC2024 through the Online Paper Submission Systems, respectively, by the submission deadline. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and unpublished (all authors must follow the IEEE code of ethics).
A complete paper should be prepared using the IEEE template (template files for MS Word or LaTeX2e), which is blind-submission review-formatted template.
Note that the DCHPC2024 reviewing is double blind, in that authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Avoid providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments and in the supplemental material. Avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors.

About DCHPC2024:
The DCHPC conference series commenced in 2018, hosting subsequent editions in 2108 and 2022. Regrettably, the dchpc2020 conference had to be canceled due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The forthcoming third iteration of the DCHPC conference is slated for 2024 in Tehran and will be expertly organized by the Iran Informatics Society's DCS Scientific Group and the esteemed Institute for Fundamental Research (IPM). Esteemed researchers from across the globe are cordially invited to submit their groundbreaking findings on topics germane to the conference's scope and theme.
